# Plans and billing

> Kallabot's plans, how minutes are bought and topped up, and where to manage your card and invoices.

Kallabot has three plans. Current prices are on [kallabot.com/pricing](https://kallabot.com/pricing).

> **Free to start**, with 30 starter minutes. After that you pay per minute, prepaid: buy minutes before you use them.

> For teams. **5 seats and 2,500 minutes every month.** Start with a 14-day trial, with no card needed and 30 minutes to try.

## The Brokerage trial

**1. Start the trial**

No card needed. You get 30 minutes to try everything.

**2. Add a card before it ends**

Your Brokerage plan carries on when the trial ends, with its full monthly minutes.

**3. Or let it end**

If no card is added by the end of the 14 days, the trial cancels on its own. Nothing is charged.

## Buying minutes

* **Minute packs** come in 100, 500 or 2,000 minutes, all at one flat rate per minute.
* **Auto top-up** buys a pack for you when your balance runs low, so calls never stop. Choose when it kicks in and which pack it buys.
* **Extra seats** can be added to a Brokerage plan when your team grows.

## Monthly or yearly

Pay for your plan monthly or yearly. On a yearly plan, your plan's minutes still arrive **every month**.

## Card and invoices

Your card, billing details and invoices are managed in Stripe's secure billing portal. Open it from **Billing** in the app. Who can see and change billing depends on their [role](https://docs.kallabot.com/guides/team.md#roles).
