# Scheduled calls

> Book a call for later and your agent dials at the right time. Confirm the call-backs customers ask for.

Your agent can make calls at a time you choose: a reminder the day before an appointment, a follow-up next week, or a call back a customer asked for.

Find them in **Calls**, under **Scheduled**.

## Schedule a call

**1. Click Make call**

In **Calls**, click **Make call**.

**2. Fill in the call**

The number, the agent and the number to call from.

**3. Pick a time**

Choose **Schedule call** and pick a date and time, or a quick option like **In an hour**.

At that time, the agent dials by itself. If nobody answers, Kallabot tries again a little later, a few times.

## Call-backs customers ask for

When a caller says "Can you call me back tomorrow at 4?", the agent notes it. You'll find it under **Callbacks to confirm**, linked to the call it came from.

A call-back **never dials on its own**. A person on your team looks at it first:

| Action | What happens |
| - | - |
| **Confirm** | It becomes a scheduled call at the time the customer asked for. |
| **Move to** | Pick another time, like **Next weekday, 10:00**. |
| **Decline callback** | It's removed. |

## Change or cancel

Open any scheduled call to move it or cancel it. Calls that are already dialling can't be changed.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If a scheduled call can't be made close to its time (for example, all your call lines stay busy for half an hour), Kallabot doesn't ring the customer hours late. It moves the call back to **Callbacks to confirm** so someone can pick a new time.
