# Team, roles and branches

> Invite your staff, give each person the right access, and organise them into branches.

Kallabot works for one person or a whole company. Invite your team, choose what each person can see and do, and group people into branches.

## Invite people

**1. Open People**

Go to **People** and click **Invite people**.

**2. Add their emails**

Type or paste email addresses. You can paste a whole list at once.

**3. Choose a role and branch**

Pick what they can do, and which branch they belong to.

**4. Send**

Invites go out by email. They sign up with their name and email and a six-digit code.

Each person gets their own login, can have their own number, and uses the minutes you give them. See [Minutes](https://docs.kallabot.com/guides/minutes.md).

## Roles

| Role | Can do |
| - | - |
| **Owner** | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. |
| **Admin** | Manages people, agents and numbers. Can see billing, but not change it. |
| **Manager** | Runs one branch: its people, agents and calls. |
| **Member** | Builds and runs their own agents. Sees their own calls. |
| **Developer** | Builds integrations, tools and API keys. No access to call recordings. |
| **Assistant** | Helps specific people build and fix their agents. Sees only the people they're attached to. |
| **Billing** | Usage and minutes. No access to call recordings. |
| **Viewer** | Read-only reports. No recordings, no changes. |

> [!NOTE]
>
> Recordings and transcripts are protected separately from the call list. The Billing, Developer and Viewer roles can see that calls happened, but never what was said.

## Branches

If you have more than one location, set up **Branches**: for example Marina, Downtown and Business Bay. Each branch has its own name, address, time zone, opening hours and phone numbers.

* New people land in your head office branch unless you choose another.
* A manager sees and runs only their own branch.
* Agents and numbers can belong to a branch. Outbound calls use a number from the agent's branch.
* Removing a branch keeps its numbers and agents in the workspace, and past calls keep the branch's name.

## Getting help on your account

Under **Account access**, a teammate can ask for help, and you can give someone (an Assistant, for example) access to help with your agents for a while. You choose whether that includes your calls, and you can end it any time.
