When your agent calls customers, you want them to pick up. Caller trust helps phones and carriers recognise your business, so your calls aren’t hidden behind “Spam likely”. Find it in Numbers, under Caller identity.
These registrations are run by US carriers, so they matter most when you call people in the United States and Canada. Number health works everywhere.

Start with your business profile

Everything below builds on one business profile: your business’s legal name, address (no PO boxes), website, and one or two people who can speak for the business. Fill it in once and send it for review. It usually takes one to two working days. Caller name and spam check need a US EIN or a D-U-N-S number. Signed calls work without one.

What you can turn on

Signed calls

Your calls carry a digital signature that tells the other carrier the number really is yours. Signed calls are less likely to be flagged or blocked.

Caller name

Choose the name that shows when you call, on US landlines and some mobiles. Changing it can take a few days, and your old name may not show in between.

Spam check registration

Registers your numbers with the Free Caller Registry, which the big US carriers use to decide what to label as spam. You describe what your calls are for, who in the business makes them, and how many you make on a normal day.
Each one shows its own status (in review, approved or needs a fix) on each number.

Number health

For every number, Kallabot keeps an eye on how your calls are landing:
  • Answered: how many of your calls people pick up.
  • Short calls: calls people hang up on within seconds, often a sign you’re being labelled as spam.
  • Carrier blocks: calls a carrier refused to connect.
If a number’s health drops, slow down calling from it and check its registrations.

See who’s calling you

Switch on Show callers’ names to see the caller’s name on incoming calls from the US and Canada, when their carrier provides it. It appears on the call in Calls.
Calling customers in the UAE or elsewhere? The best way to get answered is a local number your customers recognise, a clear caller name where available, and only calling people who expect to hear from you.
