Web search

Connect Google
Calendar and Sheets need a Google account. In the tool, click Connect Google and sign in. If your IT team prefers, you can connect a Google service account instead by uploading its key file. For Calendar, choose the calendar, how long one appointment is, your bookable hours for each day, and how much notice you need (for example, no bookings in the next two hours). For Sheets, pick the spreadsheet and tab, tell Kallabot what each column holds, and write when the agent should use it, such as “when someone wants a viewing”. Send a test row to check.Transfers
Transferring a phone call needs Kallabot’s call bridge on your line. It’s rolling out workspace by workspace. If the tool says it isn’t available on calls yet, your agent tells the caller it can’t put them through and offers a call back instead.
Your own systems
- Custom API
- MCP server
- Thousands more apps
Connect any system with a web address (an “API”): your booking software, an order lookup, a CRM. Describe what the tool does in one sentence, fill in the address and the details the agent should collect (like a phone number or an order id), and test it.You can add a sentence for the agent to say while the tool runs, such as “One moment, let me check that”, so callers never sit in silence. Passwords and keys you enter are stored encrypted and never shown again.Usually a developer sets this up once. They can find the details in the API reference under Tools.
